We use all chemical free, odor free and residue free cleaning products. We also clean all flooded rugs. We clean rugs with urine, feces, juice, tea, food, oil, moth damage, mild and mold. We offer in home cleaning and cleaning in our huge climate controlled facility in Brooklyn, brooklyn. We also offer new rug pads, cut to size.

Our Rug Cleaning Process:

Pre-Inspection:

We look along the rug to determine its condition, checking for color bleeding, fading and stains, including whatever damage was there before. This way, we can find out just how well we can clean the rug and which method is best to use.

Dusting:

We utilize compressed air and tools to remove all of the built in dust out of your rugs. Your rug goes to this process up to 3 times.

Pre-Treatment:

We use incredibly state-of-the-art tools to pretreat your spots and stains.

Cleaning:

Though we cannot reverse wear or fading, we are able to clean heavily soiled patches of the rug. Retrieve the soil ground into the rug using Agitation, Dissolution, Suspension, and Extraction. This process is done twice.

Rinsing:

This process will remove any other soils and also any leftover cleaning fluids.

Restoration:

We brush and groom the rug with unique tools to get it looking almost new.

Drying:

Our climate controlled drying room is the perfect spot to finish your rugs every day or less.

Final Inspection:

In case your rug doesn't match up with our standards, we will perform the process time and time again up until the rug reaches our expectations.
